Family Strong isn't just an event-driven ministry; we believe in the overall mission of strong bodies, strong minds, and strong integrity all throughout the year.

Because of this, we are now offering practice sessions for the youth (age 13+) beginning in August of 2026, on every other Saturday until the Fall competition on September 26th, 2026.
